(1) Every official shall be provided with a vehicle and fuel and mobile as mentioned in schedule-1.

(2) According to sub-section (1), the official shall The received fuel and mobile bill vouchers are not required to be submitted.

(3) The office holder may use the vehicles received according to this section for seven days from the date of expiry of his term of office.

(4) This The repair and maintenance of the vehicles provided to the officials in accordance with the section will be done on behalf of the Government of Nepal.

(5) Transportation for the members who have not been provided vehicle facilities for each day they have participated in the meeting of any house or any committee or sub-committee of the federal parliament or the joint meeting of both the houses. The amount as per Schedule-1 will be given for the facility.
